The MARQ is a residential and commercial real-estate project in Mohali.
The client wanted the website itself to feel different from typical real-estate project websites. A key requirement was a distinctive scrolling experience that several other vendors had indicated would not be practical to implement.
Approach
We designed the website around an immersive scrolling experience that allows the project story, architecture and key information to unfold progressively as visitors move through the page.
The interaction was carefully balanced with usability so the visual effect did not interfere with navigation or information access.
